As said before, I'm starting my diet today. Goal weight: 80kg. Current weight (as of this morning): 128.9kg (trend).
The diet recommends starting the first three days with a fast, limiting yourself to around 500kcal of intake for those days. Sometimes its 4 days, sometimes 3 days, you basically just have to watch the scale and wait til there is some downward trend showing up.
Breakfast today will be a salad.
Lunch shall be a light salad.
Dinner will be a salad.
Exciting.
Still, I'm willing to give up an exciting diet in exchange for not being a fat-arse.
