Oh boy, yesterday and last night was difficult. My body was beginning to feel like it had run a marathon or something. Ugh. Felt like shit ll night, and woke up with all my joints aching and muscles aching…. is this normal? Oh well, I guess I will press on.

Yesterday I ate a smallish lunch salad, probably worth around 150kcal, a salad from the convenience store, with 65kcal on the box, and a largeish salad probably worth around 200kcal. Along with a slice of cheese, I probably hit the 500kcal limit, so I declined from eating anything else.

I need to do the same today, and tomorrow.

I am guessing that the worst part is NOT over yet, and that in fact tomorrow will be worse than today which will be worse than yesterday. Until I can raise my intake to about 1500kcal, my body is going to be sending VERY clear signals to my brain that Mr Stomach (the dissident in charge of the aforementioned revolt) needs more food.
