Well, I have managed to make it to the end of the day, and its not as bad as I thought it would be. I’ve managed to stick pretty much to the 500kcal, though I’m thinking the salad I had for dinner was more than 300kcal just because of the size of it… there was quite a few sweet capsicum and tomatoes in it.

I don’t feel nearly as tired or horrible as I thought I would, and even though my stomach is making horrible noises, I’m generally able to ignore it.

Here’s to losing 40kg! I’m on my way!
