I follow bubblepedia a fair bit, being one of those people that want to get a house one day, but noting that the market conditions are utter shit.

I started graphing the number of properties in Sydney listed on Domain. Today I had a look and noticed something interesting:

Thats a pretty dramatic drop, though without history to compare it to its hard to really see how it’s correlating yet.
